Tilataide designs and builds sculptural fabric installations for corporate events, stages and large spaces. Stretch fabric, translucent mesh, light and scale transform a venue into something that wasn’t there before.

From idea to built form.
I’m Ossi Pokkinen, the designer and maker behind Tilataide. I’ve worked with tensioned textiles and event environments for around 15 years.
I design each installation so that form, material, fixing points and light work as one. The result might be a stage backdrop, canopy, suspended fabric sculpture or an entire environment built within a venue.
When needed, I create visualisations, fabricate the elements, install them and dismantle them afterwards. A strong starting point is enough — my job is to work out how to make it real.
I collaborate with companies, event agencies and venues. Each project can be a single statement piece or an entire spatial environment.

Fabric becomes architecture.
Sometimes one tensioned surface is enough. Sometimes the form takes over the ceiling, the stage or an entire room. Material, light and scale shape the result.
